My cousin recommended Professional Automotive, so I brought in my beater for an exhaust fix. I have a busy work schedule and didn’t have time to call ahead, so I just drove over and asked if they could take a look. I told them I wasn’t in a rush and was happy to leave the car until they had time. I figured I’d be coming back the following week. My wife drove me home, and within an hour they called with a quote before they started any work. The price was very reasonable. They replaced the exhaust system and got the car inspected the same visit. That inspection alone saved me a lot of time. The whole experience was professional, honest, and faster than I expected. This shop is underrated. They deserve more business, and people deserve this kind of service.

Best mechanic, best service, caring and honest. I was lucky enough to find Paul when I need to get a 2004 Lexus RX ready for a long drive after sitting under a tree for a year (long story). He was an excellent communicator and did a bunch of work that was above and beyond just getting the mechanical problems addressed. I highly recommend this professional.

This is the only shop I will ever go to again. Friendly, prompt service and convenient as heck. I haven't felt this well taken care of by an auto shop in my life. Can't recommend enough if you want someone you can trust with your car.

My first expeience with Professional Automotive was about 15 years ago. Had an issue with a leaky tire and I figured I'd need a new one. Rick and Paul told me they pulled a screw out of the tire, patched it up, and said I was good to go. They charged me $20.00. They could have very easily told me I needed a new tire - which would have been a lot more money. Rick, Paul, and the entire staff are amazing. Always a pleasant experience and I know that my vehicle will be well taken care of - whether a simple oil change, or something more complicated. If folks are looking for a place to get your vehicle serviced, Professional Automotive should be your first and only call! Thanks guys - you and your team are the best!

I brought my car in today because my brake lights went on. They did a great job of walking me through the diagnosis and were able to fix it same day. They were very knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be done. I also got a service done. And they gave me a loaner car. Great experience and highly recommend them.

I have had service to several of my vehicles over the years and the team at Professional have always provided excellent and courteous service at reasonable prices.

I usually never leave reviews, but I just wanted to shout out how awesome this shop is. Not only do they consistently provide great, fast service every time I've visited, but the technicians are also just so kind and really go above and beyond to help. For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. As someone whose knowledge of cars is admittedly very low, haha, I really appreciate having a shop to go to where I trust their advice and know I'm not getting taken advantage of.
