Too expensive. More expensive than a dealer Might not be the same owner but still seems to be expensive to me

This is the only shop I will ever go to again. Friendly, prompt service and convenient as heck. I haven't felt this well taken care of by an auto shop in my life. Can't recommend enough if you want someone you can trust with your car.

My first expeience with Professional Automotive was about 15 years ago. Had an issue with a leaky tire and I figured I'd need a new one. Rick and Paul told me they pulled a screw out of the tire, patched it up, and said I was good to go. They charged me $20.00. They could have very easily told me I needed a new tire - which would have been a lot more money. Rick, Paul, and the entire staff are amazing. Always a pleasant experience and I know that my vehicle will be well taken care of - whether a simple oil change, or something more complicated. If folks are looking for a place to get your vehicle serviced, Professional Automotive should be your first and only call! Thanks guys - you and your team are the best!

I brought my car in today because my brake lights went on. They did a great job of walking me through the diagnosis and were able to fix it same day. They were very knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be done. I also got a service done. And they gave me a loaner car. Great experience and highly recommend them.

I have had service to several of my vehicles over the years and the team at Professional have always provided excellent and courteous service at reasonable prices.

I usually never leave reviews, but I just wanted to shout out how awesome this shop is. Not only do they consistently provide great, fast service every time I've visited, but the technicians are also just so kind and really go above and beyond to help. For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. As someone whose knowledge of cars is admittedly very low, haha, I really appreciate having a shop to go to where I trust their advice and know I'm not getting taken advantage of.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 9 years now, won’t go anywhere else. I had put off doing my tires, but took a look today before having to take a long trip tomorrow and saw something I didn’t like. Called the guys and as always they were ready to help, even on short notice, did all 4 tires this afternoon for me. I can now take my trip in peace knowing my truck is safe. 10/10 recommend!

Great automotive service, excellent customer service, and trustworthy advice. Have used them for my Subaru for 6 years, and always been happy with the outcomes, including diagnosis-only trips, where they identified failing wheel bearings. Love this shop.
